RESERVATION DEPOSITS OR PAID IN FULL RESERVATIONS ARE REFUNDABLE, LESS THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE + 30% when you provide a cancellation notice directly to our email address (Reservations@TortugaSailingAdventures.com) at least 30 days prior to your scheduled trip. All other refund requests are subject to approval by management. When approved, refund are issued usually within 5 business days - REFUNDS TYPICALLY APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD 5 - 10 DAYS AFTER THE REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED.
